Here's yet another case of a footy player's complicated personal life spilling over onto the sports field. This time it's Barry Hall, whose notorious "brain snap" was caused in part by stress over his entanglements with two women. 

I kind of feel sorry for these guys. Must be an incredibly heady, intense atmosphere for a young, immature bloke. They are paid heaps and treated like royalty. They have all these women throwing themselves at them. At the same time they are under intense pressure to perfom on the field. No wonder they implode, or explode, so often.

But in the end I can't help thinking that they've brought many of their problems entirely upon themselves and they should just bloody well grow up!
